My daughter has decided that this year for Christmas she doesn’t want me to take her shopping. At first I have to say this made me a little nervous, I started picturing what she and her dad would pick out for everyone. I could see the whole family with a fishing pole and bait, no matter what age or gender. Instead, she informed me that she wanted to make hand made jewelry for everyone. What a great idea! I can erase the images of fishing poles from my mind! 
Today my daughter gave me a list of items she would need for her hand made jewelry gifts. Instead of me going out shopping to buy what I think she is looking for, I told her we would pick out her beads and charms on the internet together. She picked out a lot of cute things and I think this is going to be fun. Now, I find myself anxiously awaiting the hand made jewelry from her! I think I am going to make her some hand made jewelry for Christmas,too.
